Dr. Diane Dubois
Veterinarian
Dr. Diane Dubois has been caring for small animals on the Westbank for many years and is committed to providing thoughtful, thorough veterinary medicine for dogs and cats. She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the LSU School of Veterinary Medicine in 2008 and has practiced in the region since graduation. At Quality Pet Care, Dr. Dubois enjoys building long-term relationships with pet owners and helping families make confident decisions about their pets’ health. Her professional interests include soft tissue surgery and veterinary dentistry, and she values clear communication before and after procedures so clients know what to expect. Dr. Dubois approaches every patient with steady attention to comfort and safety, treating each pet as an individual and focusing on care plans that are realistic, compassionate, and easy to understand.
Dr. Jennifer Sandoz Esteve
Veterinarian
Dr. Jennifer Sandoz Esteve has been part of the veterinary field since 2002 and brings a long-standing commitment to companion animal care. She received her DVM from LSU School of Veterinary Medicine in 2008 and has continued serving dog and cat families with a practical, patient-first approach. At Quality Pet Care, Dr. Esteve is known for taking the time to listen closely to pet owners’ concerns and for explaining medical findings in a way that feels clear and supportive. Her professional interests include internal medicine and helping pets manage chronic or ongoing conditions with steady monitoring and compassionate guidance. Dr. Esteve enjoys partnering with clients over the course of a pet’s life, from early preventive care through senior years, always aiming for comfort, trust, and continuity.
Dr. Blakeley Martin
Veterinarian
Dr. Blakeley Martin is a New Orleans native who is proud to care for pets in her home region. She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from LSU School of Veterinary Medicine in 2020 and is dedicated to providing careful, compassionate care for dogs and cats at Quality Pet Care. Dr. Martin enjoys preventive medicine and helping families stay ahead of health concerns through routine exams and client education. She also has a strong interest in dermatology and internal medicine, and she approaches each case by listening closely, gathering clear diagnostic information, and creating treatment plans tailored to the pet’s needs and the family’s goals. Dr. Martin values a calm visit experience and focuses on making appointments feel manageable and informative for both pets and people.
Autumn
Veterinary Assistant
Autumn has been part of the Quality Pet Care team since graduating from the Delgado Veterinary Technology Program in 2014. She is currently continuing her education to become a registered veterinary technician (RVT). Autumn supports patient care throughout the day, from helping pets feel at ease during exams to assisting doctors with procedures and communicating visit details to clients. She takes pride in being a steady, kind presence for both pets and their families, and she enjoys the hands-on, detail-oriented work that helps appointments run smoothly.
Bethany
Veterinary Assistant
Bethany has been with our clinic since 2018. She is dedicated to client education and taking care of your pets as if they were her own. She has three cats at home, Mako, Theodore, and Sullivan, and is a huge feline advocate. One day, she aspires to start her own rescue organization or retirement home for animals in the future.
Morgan
Veterinary Assistant
While she mainly assists in surgery, Morgan enjoys every aspect of providing exemplary patient care and making sure each patient’s individual needs are met. Rest assured knowing your pets are in capable hands! She has two children, one dog, one bunny, six cats, a bearded dragon, fish, and chickens.
Alex
Veterinary Assistant
Alex has been working with us since we opened in 2015. She has three children (Noah, Reese, and Harlyn) and three dogs (Skippy, River, and Griffin). She loves working in the veterinary field and enjoys taking care of all our patients.
Brooke
Office Manager
Brooke strives to build lasting relationships with each of our clients as well as ensure them an exceptional visit from start to finish. If you have a problem, she’ll fix it! Her home would not be complete without her dog and cats, Sophie, Hazel, and Murph.
Aiyanna
Receptionist
Aiyanna has always had a love for animals, and currently has one dog, Zeus. She is always happy to help wherever needed and loves working in the veterinary field.
